Jamaica News, St Elizabeth: Several students were rushed to the Black River Hospital and treated for injuries which they sustained in a three-vehicular collision, which occurred along a section of the Santa Cruz main road on Tuesday, September 25.
The Santa Cruz Police have reported that the students were rushed to hospital and treated for injuries, but none have been noted to be critical.
Reports are that on Tuesday afternoon, the students were traveling from school on a Toyota Coaster bus.
On reaching a section of the main road, the driver of a Toyota minibus drove from the compound of a service station, into the path of the bus.
Both vehicles collided and the impact of the crash sent the minibus crashing into another vehicle.
Over a dozen students traveling in the Coaster had to be treated at hospital, along with the drivers of all three vehicles, and three other adult passengers.
