Gunmen Struck St Thomas, Yallas Taxi Driver Shot Dead with Passenger

St Thomas, Jamaica (Mckoy’s News)Yallas Taxi Driver Shot Dead: last night, shortly after 10:00 p.m. gunmen struck in Montpelier, Yallahs, St Thomas as a taxi driver of Aeolus Valley, St Thomas and one of his passengers, were shot dead.

The men shot and killed are identified as Jerome Bogle and Jevaughn Russell of Pondside also in St Thomas.

The taxi was travelling from Aeolus Valley to Yallahs with four passengers aboard on January 30, 2018.

The vehicle made a stop at Montpelier when two of the four passengers exited and opened fire, hitting Mr Bogle and Mr Russell, who both died at the scene.

The fourth passenger was unharmed.

Mckoy’s News has been reliably informed that Mr Russell was released from police custody last weekend. He had been held for questioning in a recent robbery.
