Jamaica News, March 12, 2018 – Annotto Bay Chef Murdered
St Mary, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – The police in Annotto Bay, St Mary say they are now in search of two men who are behind the shooting death of a man at a bar in the area on Saturday night.
The victim has been identified as 45-year-old Carlton Fields, chef of Font George in Annotto Bay.
Reports by the police are that about 10: 45 p.m. on Saturday, Fields was at a bar located at a section of the community known as Top Bay when two men posing as customers entered the establishment.
The men brandished handguns and opened fire hitting Fields to his upper body and then escaped on foot in the area.
The police were summoned and upon arrival, the wounded man was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
