Montego Bay, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – St James Street Road Improvement: A major road improvement is being carried out by the St James Parish Council in Montego Bay.
On Saturday, January 20, workmen could be seen along sections of St James Street and Union Street pouring concrete from a premix truck.

Several citizens welcomed the move and congratulated Mayor Homer Davis and his councillors for beautifying the city of Montego Bay.
“This mayor is working and working, he should be in power from Saltfish a shingle house,” said Stacey Davids, a resident of the parish. “If he was in power from long ago this parish would be like a Disney land where more people from around the world would come to enjoy themselves.” She added.
