ST JAMES RESORTS MOURN THE LOSS OF TWO EMPLOYEES

The entire Barrett Town community in Montego Bay, St James , and Management and staff at the Decameron Resort and the RIU hotel, are now mourning the loss of a young common-law couple, and dedicated employees who lost their lives in a bloody motor vehicle accident which occurred along a section of the Spring Hill main road in Trelawny, on Saturday, November 3rd.

Dead are 20 year old, Bianca Findlay, who is employed to the DeCameron resort and her 22 year old, boyfriend Rasheed Bromwell, employed to the RIU Hotel, and both of Barrett Town in St James.

It is reported that about 11:00am, on Saturday, the common law couple were travelling in a Honda motor car, which was being driven by Bromwell, from the directions of St James towards Ochi Rios.

On reaching a section of the Spring Hill main road, Bromwell lost control of the vehicle which collided into a tour bus laiden with passengers, and which was travelling in the opposite direction.

Both Bromwell and Findlay were thrown from the vehicle, which was thorn almost in half by the impact of the crash.

Both victims died on the spot, while four of the tourist who were travelling in the tour bus also sustained injuries, and were also transported to hospital, where they were treated.

Our news team learnt that over eight family members of both victims fainted, after they arrived on the scene and saw the crash scene.

We also learnt that after learning of her son’s death, Bromwell’s mother was rendered unconscious, and she is presently still at hospital in serious condition.
