St James Police Seeking Public’s Assistance to Identify Headless Body Found in Coral Gardens

Jamaica Crime News, St James: The Freeport Police in Montego Bay, St James, are now asking members of the public for their assistance in identifying the headless body which was discovered in a decomposing state at a section of  Coral Gardens, on Thursday afternoon, February 14.

The victim is of dark complexion, slim built and was clad in a blue jeans pant and a pair of black Reebok sneakers.

Reports by the Freeport Police are that shortly after 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, residents living in Coral Gardens smell a foul odour coming from bushes in their community and went to investigate.

The police were summoned and upon their arrival, they discovered the body lying on a sheet in a vast state of decomposition, with the feet bound and the head severed.

Anyone with information that could assist in identifying the victim are being to immediately contact the Freeport CIB Department at 953-6191.
