St James Football Competition

Jamaica Sports News, Montego Bay: The Sandals Sponsored St James Division one competition kicked off at the UDC field in Montego Bay on Thursday, January 10.

In the opening match at the UDC field, Norwood Strikers went on a goal spree hammering Bickersteth 4-0. That match was a one-sided affair as the more seasoned Norwood team ramped all over their opponent with some slick passes to the delight of the fans.

In the Senior league competition also played at that field in the late kick-off Bogue United and Montego Bay Boys Club played out an exciting 0-0 draw.

This match was full of excitement as both teams possess quality players and they created numerous chances but were unable to score against each other.
