St James Farmer Charged for Unlawful Wounding  

Jamaica Crime News, St James: A St James farmer who reportedly knock another farmer in the regions of his mouth during a domestic dispute in their community on Wednesday, May 9, was arrested and charged by the Amity Hall police.

The accused who has since been charged with Unlawful Wounding has been identified as Odiea Anderson, 38-year-old farmer of Black Shop in Amity Hall District.

Reports are that shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, a dispute developed between the accused man and the elderly 64-year-old complainant.

During the dispute, Anderson reportedly hit the elderly man in the regions of his mouth causing injuries to his face.  The wounded man was transported to the Amity Hall police station where a report was made.

Following an investigation, the accused was taken into custody and slapped with charges.
