St James, Jamaica (Mckoy’s News) – 2 Men Shot and Killed: Investigations are now being carried out into the double murder of two men in the St Johns area of Johns Hall in St James on Saturday (November 25, 2017) night and the wounding of another man.

Dead are 23-yr-old Oshain Reid, unemployed and 27-year-old Cassell Todd, otherwise called Lance, both of St Johns in Orange. A 20-year-old Shop Keeper was also shot and wounded. He is in critical condition at the Cornwall Regional Hospital.

Reports by the Spring Mount police are that shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Reid and Todd were at a shop which was being operated by the wounded shopkeeper. Minutes later, they were ambushed by a group of men armed with high powered weapons. The gunmen opened fire hitting all three men before escaping in the area on foot.

The police were summoned and all three victims were rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where Todd and Reid were pronounced dead and the shopkeeper admitted in serious condition.
