Latest Jamaica News, St Elizabeth: A 19-year-old teenage boy was stabbed to death on Wednesday night, in Burnt Ground, St Elizabeth, allegedly during a quarrel over ganja seeds.

He has been identified as 19-year-old Roswayne Cunningham, unemployed of Top Burnt Ground, also in St Elizabeth.

Reports by the Santa Cruz police are that, shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Cunningham brother got involved in a dispute with two men, alleged over ganja seeds.

During the argument, Cunningham intervened in defense of his brother, and he was attacked and stabbed multiple times by the two men.

Cunningham was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The two accused have since fled the community, and are now being sought by the police.
