Jamaica News, March 1, 2018 – Central Village Gang Feud
St Catherine, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – A man who is known so far only as Zack and who hails from Brown’s Lane in Central Village, St Catherine was shot and killed by unknown assailants on Thursday night.
The police in St Catherine are now saying that they believe this latest murder stemmed from an ongoing gang feud between gang members from Windsor Heights and Central Village.
Reports are that shortly after 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, the police were alerted after gunshots were heard coming from a section of Central Village.
The lawmen rushed to the scene and upon arrival, they stumbled upon the body of the victim which was lying in a pool of blood along the roadway. He had what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds all over his body.
The body was removed and later pronounced dead at hospital.
