Jamaica News, St Ann: The Cave Valley Police in the parish of St Ann have now commenced a probe surrounding the mysterious death of a 10-month-old infant who was discovered face down with his head in a bucket of water at his home in the parish on Sunday, June 24, 2018.

The dead child has been identified as, Lilly Faith Williams, who resided at Bingham Hill district in Mount Mariah, St Ann.

5-Year-Old Infant Drown in Tank in Manchester         

Reports by the police are that about 3:30 a.m. on Sunday morning, a family member discovered Lilly Faith inside the kitchen of the house face down in a bucket of water.

The police were summoned and upon arrival, the baby girl was transported to hospital where she was pronounced dead.

In the meanwhile, the police say they are now awaiting a post-mortem examination result to determine the cause of death.
