St Ann Man Perish in Motorcycle Accident

Jamaica News, St Ann: A St Ann man lost his life in a motorcycle accident which occurred along a section of the Aenon Town main road, in Manchester on Friday, January 19.

The dead man has been identified as 30-year-old Leroy Campbell,  laborer of Cuffridge District in St Ann.

Reports by the Spaulding police are that about 2:30 p.m. on Friday,  Campbell and another man were traveling on a Zhujiang motorcycle, with Campbell as the pillion.

On reaching a section of the Aenon Town main road, the rider lost control of the motorcycle, which collided with a Toyota ProBox motorcar.

Both Campbell and the motorcycle rider sustained injuries and were transported to hospital, where Campbell was pronounced dead.  The rider was admitted to hospital in serious condition.
