Jamaica Crime News, St Andrew: St Andrew Couple Caught – The Narcotics police on Tuesday, March 12, arrested and charged a St Andrew couple for Breaches of the Dangerous Acted, after a large quantity of ganja was found at a premises they occupied at Hope Road, Kingston 6.
Facing charges of Possession of ganja, Dealing in ganja and using Premises to store ganja, are58-year-old Irving Robinson, businessman and his wife 54-year-old Glendine Robinson, both of Kingston 8.
Reports by the police are that about 1:00 p.m., an operation was carried out at a premises along Hope Road.
During the operation, the premises occupied by the couple was search and ganja weighing approximately 72-pounds was seized.
They were taken into custody and subsequently charged. They are booked to appear in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Thursday, March 14.
