Jamaica Crime News, St James: A 25-year-old man who hails from Spring Mount community in St James, and was among four other men caught with two illegal firearms at a popular resort in Montego Bay, St James, on Friday, September 28, has been slapped with additional criminal charges.
The St. James police say they cannot mention the name of the accused at this time, but prior to him being caught in Montego Bay, he was being sought for other crimes in Spring Mount community.
The police further stated that, the 25-year-old man was charged with Wounding with Intent, and Illegal Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.
He will also be placed on a series of identification parades on the weekend, for his alleged involvements in other gun-related charges in and around Spring Mount community.
