Jamaica News, April 7, 2018 – Spanish Town Man Chopped Dead
St James, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – The Spanish Town police have reported that they are now in search of a Youth, who reportedly chopped his father to death during a domestic dispute at their home in Green Acres, Spanish Town, Wednesday April 4.
The youth who is now being sought has been identified as Horace Bunting, and he is being sought in connection with the death of 62-year-old James Bunting, both of the said address.
Reports by the police are that on Wednesday afternoon both Horace and his father were at home when a dispute developed between them. It is further stated that, during the dispute Horace reached for a machete which he allegedly used to chop his father to the regions of his head and upper body.
The accused fled the scene while the police were summoned. Upon arrival, the wounded man was transported to the Spanish Town hospital where he was pronounced dead.
