Jamaica Crime News, St Catherine: 50-year-old Winston Goulbourne a labourer of Spanish Town in St. Catherine, who was arrested and charged while attempting to ship a quantity of ganja at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, on Thursday March 7, is booked to appear before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court this Thursday, March 14.

Reports by the Kingston Narcotics police are that last Thursday morning, Goulbourne traveled to a cargo warehouse at the airport and attempted to ship a barrel to an overseas destination.

During a search of the barrel, the airport security discovered compressed ganja weighing approximately 22 pounds.

The accused man was taken into custody and subsequently charged with Dealing in ganja, Possession of ganja and Taking steps preparatory to export ganja.
