Soroptomist and Kiwanis International Clubs Host Health Fair 2018

Jamaica News, March 13, 2018 – Clubs Host Health Fair 2018

Kingston, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – It all began on Saturday, March 10, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. when Health Fair 2018 which was sponsored and organized by the Soroptomist and Kiwanis International Clubs started their registration for free health screening and services at UTECH Jamaica, College of Oral Health Sciences, 5 Arthur Wint Drive.

Men, women, boys and girls from different communities came in by the dozens to be registered, have their vitals taken and then dispersed to the respective areas for health service.

The services included medical, dental, optical, pap smear, HIV testing among others. There were also quite a few information booths for persons who needed to keep their health status in check.

The Health Fair which closed at 4:00 p.m. was a success as the young, elderly and middle-aged were all treated to a fine and “fair” day. Thanks to all the members and volunteers of the Soroptomist and Kiwanis International Clubs who worked tirelessly to make the Health Fair a real success.
