St Mary, Jamaica – Six People Shot: At approximately 1:30 a.m. this morning, gunmen went to a function that was being held in Oracabessa and opened fire at the crowd, injuring six persons.
Five of the persons who were shot remain at hospital, while one person has been treated and released.
Superintendent Bobette Morgan said the police are still trying to determine the cause of the shooting as Oracabessa is not usually a troubled area in the parish.
