Jamaica News, Trelawny: The police in the parish of Trelawny have confirmed that 24-year-old Osheen Crawford who was before the Trelawny Home Circuit Court for the stabbing death of her younger sister, 20-year-old Kimberly Crawford, had her bail withdrawn when she appeared in Court on Monday, May 28.

Our news team further learnt that, Osheen’s bail which is the sum of $700, 000 was posted by her father.  Recently, the family had a dispute and the father reportedly turned in her bail bond at the station and indicated that he no longer had an interest to post her bail.

According to the police, on Saturday morning, February 3, both sisters who were at home in Stetin District, which is located at a section of User Spring in Albert Town, got involved in a physical confrontation over domestic issues.

It is further reported that during the dispute, Kimberly used a piece of broken Mirror to stab at her elder sister Osheen.  The accused sister then reached for a knife which she used to stab her sister to the regions of her upper body.

The police were summoned and upon arrival, Kimberly was rushed to the Falmouth hospital where she was pronounced dead and the older sister Osheen taken into custody and subsequently charged with murder.

The case against Osheen was put off until June, but her bail still stands.
