Jamaica Crime News, St Ann: The decomposing body of Omar Grant,  otherwise called “Short man” 35-year-old construction worker of Charles Town in St Anns Bay, St Ann,  was discovered at his home on Tuesday afternoon,  September 11.

Reports by the St Anns Bay police are that about 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday,  residents living in Charles Town reported that they smell a foul odor coming from the directions of Grant’s home and went to investigate.

On entering his house, Grant’s body which was in a decomposing state was discovered lying face down in a pool of blood on the floor of the house.

The police were summoned and upon arrival,  it was discovered that the victim had multiple stab wounds to his upper body.

The scene was processed and the body removed.
