Dancehall Superstar, Shaggy was yesterday honored at Home Base Veterans dinner in Boston Massachusetts. He was recognized for his service and support for fellow veterans.
As many of us know, Orville Burrell, better known as Shaggy, enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1987 and served as a Field Artillery Cannon Crew man. He served with a firing battery from the 10th Marine regiment during the gulf war. His service lasted for three years and he went on to pursue his dream of becoming a Reggae Pop Star.
