Mckoy’s News Managing Director, Board of Directors and Staff hereby congratulate DR COLIN O’NEIL JARRETT, PhD on receiving his Doctorate in International Marketing and Health Administration from the prestigious government-owned University of Southampton in The United Kingdom.

Dr Colin O Jarrett is also the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate in Youth Work and Gospel Music awarded in May 2017 by the Los Angeles Development Institute in the USA.

In addition, Dr Jarrett is the recipient of The African and Caribbean Disapora Leadership Council International Award; endorsed by The White House in June 2015 for Outstanding Leadership in Ministry and Education within the Caribbean Region and was the only recipient of the Award from the Caribbean that year.

In addition to being a Senior Editor of McKoy’s News, Dr Jarrett is currently the President and CEO of Health, Education and Counselling Institute/HECOIN and Creative Recruiting Employment Services/CRES.

An Educator, Marketer, Health Administrator, Church Organist and Deputy Music Director at the East Queen Street Baptist Church in Kingston, Dr Colin O Jarrett is also a Communication Specialist and is a Senior News Producer and Writer of the #1 religious radio station in Jamaica, LOVE 101FM and is one of the hosts of “The Morning Watch“, heard Tuesdays through Thursdays, 7AM-8AM.
