Jamaica Crime News, Kingston: A 57-year-old security guard, was shot and killed by two motorcycle gunmen, along a section of Old Hope Road in Kingston, on Wednesday, May 29.
He has been identified as Anthony Loae, otherwise called “Shower Man”, also of an Old Hope Road address, in Kingston 5.
Reports by the Half Way Tree police are that shortly after 1:00 p.m., Loae was standing outside a cookshop along Old Hope Road, when he was approached by two men traveling on a motorcycle.
The men brandished handguns and opened fire hitting Loae multiple times to his upper body. They then escaped on the said motorcycle.
Following the shooting, the police were summoned and upon arrival, Loae was transported to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
