Mandeville, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Alleged Scammers Killed by GunmenIt is now speculated by the Mandeville police that the “scammer shooting” that took place this afternoon around 5:00 p.m., was retaliation for the killing of a woman on Sunday, who was from the Broadleaf community in the parish.

The identity of the two persons killed are now confirmed as 28-yr-old Phillip Knight aka ‘Chase’ and Andrew Thomas otherwise known as ‘Bankpuss’, both from Comfort District.  It is alleged that both these men are part of a lottery scamming ring.

The third man who was rushed to the hospital earlier is fighting for his life.

The police say Knight, Thomas and the third man were leaving a restaurant when two gunmen walked up to them, opened fire and then escaped on foot.

A fourth man who escaped injuries is now with the police.
