A Rihanna Lupita N’Yongo film may very well see the light of day in the future, as one comment under a picture of the constant image reinventing artist and Oscar winner at the Paris Fashion week turns out to be a great movie idea.
The Rihanna Lupita film idea started when a social media account holder commented “Rihanna looks like she scams rich white men and Lupita is the computer smart best friend that helps plan the scams.”
Apparently the stars were tagged in the comment as Lupita posted saying to Rihanna ” I’m down if you are,” in which Rih replied “I’m in Pit’z.”
It was retweeted more than 28,000 times and ‘liked’ more than 79,000, during which time fans created the plot for what sounds like a really, really good movie.
Hollywood Producer Helen Estabrook tweeted she would happily produce the movie.
Persons quickly caught on to the comment, instigating directors and producers to capitalize on what could be a great movie between the two stars. There were many concerned comments, asking for the person who posted the thought be contacted for monetary compensation should this film comes to light.
It is widely known that Hollywood seeks people who can pitch great ideas, that will gross at the box office once a film is made from it and this instance is no different. More than a thousand comment of support saying they would definitely watch a Rihanna Lupita film, in hopes the one who made the post receive compensation.
After a recent starring part in thriller Bates Motel, and with an appearance in Ocean’s Eight around the corner, it looks like she’s already eyeing up her next role, one which started from a simple comment.
