Richard Vernon Helps A Wheel Chair Man

Montego Bay, Jamaica (McKoy’s News)- Richard Vernon Helps A Wheel Chair Man: Councilor for the Montego Bay South Division, Richard Vernon, was spotted in Montego Bay giving a little assistance to a wheelchair occupant, who was  on Hart Street, seeking to find his destination in a hurry.

While everyone turned a blind eye to the man’s needs, Mr. Vernon was quick to help him. The man said that ever since he was wheelchair bound, his woman neglected him, as he had fallen on hard times.

Mr. Vernon has known him from before he became a councilor,when the man was a regular visitor to the Hart Street community. He is appealing for assistance from the wider community who can help  him with food  or cash. If you are able, contact the councilor.
