The Registrar General’s Department (RGD) says its operations at its head office at Twickenham Park, near Spanish Town and at Portmore have been impacted by the extended St. Catherine partial lockdown.

The measures to control the spread of COVID-19 took effect last week and are extended effective Wednesday April 22, 2020, for a further two weeks.

The Twickenham Park head office and the Portmore branch are closed.

The RGD says, due to the extended lockdown, there is reduced or no staffing in certain areas of its business. As a result, all Express applications (including online) have been suspended

Death registration for the parish of St. Catherine, will be facilitated on Wednesdays at the Head Office – Twickenham Park, between 9am and  1 pm.
