St. James, Jamaica (McKoy’s News)- POLICE WANTS PUBLIC HELP TO IDENTIFIED MURDERED VICTIM: The Freeport police in Montego Bay, St. James say they are asking members of the public for their assistance in identifying a man who was discovered shot to death along a section of the Porto Bello main road in St James on Saturday afternoon.

Reports by the police are that about 3:00 pm on Saturday a motorist using the main road from Montego Bay to Orange alerted them after seeing what appeared to be a body wrapped in a blue tarpaulin along a section of the Porto Bello main road.

The lawmen rushed to the scene and upon arrival they discovered the unidentified body wrapped in the tarpaulin with the feet sticking out.

Further investigations revealed that the victim had what appeared to be a single gunshot wound to his upper body. The police say they theorized that the deceased was killed elsewhere and the body dumped at that location.
