Police Seeks Help to Identify Mother of New Born Baby Found in KFC in Old Harbor

St Catherine, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – New Born Baby Found: The police High Command say they are now asking members of the public for their assistance in locating the mother of a newborn baby which was discovered abandoned in the bathroom at KFC Fast Foods outlet in Old Harbour along the main road on Sunday afternoon, February 11.

A source at the Old Harbour station reported that shortly after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, the police were alerted by the management at the KFC outlet that the infant was found in the bathroom.

On investigating, the newborn baby was discovered wrapped in a blanket and abandoned in the bathroom.  The mother of the child was nowhere to be found. The police are asking anyone who can assist them with the whereabouts of the mother to contact the Child Development Agency, the Old Harbour police or the nearest police station immediately.
