Jamaica, January 21, 2018 (Mckoy’s News) 

St. Catherine, Jamaica (JCF) – St Catherine Hit and Run Driver: The Portmore Police are appealing to the driver of a motorcar that collided with a pedal cyclist on Municipal Boulevard in St. Catherine on Thursday, January 11 to turn himself in to the Police immediately.

Dead is 48-year-old Leroy Campbell, a Mason of Central Village, St. Catherine.

Reports are that about 8:00 p.m., Campbell was riding his bicycle when he was hit by a motor vehicle; the driver did not stop. The Police were summoned and Campbell was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

In addition, anyone with information that can assist the Police with their investigation is being asked to contact the Portmore Police at 949-8422, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest Police Station.
