The Freeport police are asking members of the public for assistance to identify a man who died from injuries he sustained in blood motor vehicle accident which occurred along the AGS Combs main road in Montego Bay, St James, on Sunday night.
Investigators say, so far they have only gotten an alias for the deceased as ” Trigger” of no fixed address.
Reports by the police are that shortly after 10:30pm, the man known as “Trigger” was riding a motor cycle towards Barnett Street in Montego Bay, from the directions of Bogue.
On reaching the Westgreen Intersection, he lost control of the motorcycle which hit a curve wall.
The now deceased was thrown from the bike and his head hit a metal lamp on the island, resulting in his brain being dislocated from his head, and he died on the spot.
The police were later summoned and upon arrival the scene was processed and the body later removed to the morgue.
