Police Searching for Suspect in Connection with Female Murdered in Johns Hall, St James

Jamaica Crime News, St James: Detectives attached to the Freeport police station in Montego Bay, St James, say they are now in search of one man for questioning, in connection with the shooting death of a female in the community of John’s Hall on Wednesday night, May 23, 2018.

The police also stated that, they are unable to disclose any identification of the suspect to the public at this time, but he is being sought in connection with the murder of  44-year-old Suzan Forrester otherwise called “Jackie” of Village in John’s Hall.

Reports by the police are that shortly after 8:30 p.m., residents in John’s Hall alerted the police after hearing gunshots being fired in the area.

The police rushed to the location and upon arrival, they discovered Forrester’s body lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.

The scene was processed and the wounded female was transported to the Cornwall Regional hospital where Forrester was pronounced dead.
