Detectives are investigating the shooting death of a rising dancehall artiste Kavin Hill otherwise called Kashmar in Clarendon Thursday.
Reports are that Kashmar was parked along on the side of the Salt River main road with friends, when two gunmen walked up to the group and opened fire.
The men then fled the area.
The injured victims were rushed to hospital where Hill was pronounced dead.
Kashmar is known for songs such as Choppa Lifestyle, Banga and Pretty Little Freak.
