Jamaica Crime News: A police Corporal who is attached to the St Catherine North Division was shot and seriously injured in Old Harbor, St Catherine, a few hours ago.
Reports reaching our news team are sketchy, as to the nature of the shooting.
So far we have learned that the Police Corporal who is allegedly identified as Corporal Ian Lewin, was at a location in Old Harbor when he was shot by a group of armed men.
It is also understood that the injured police Corporal was transported to a medical facility in St Catherine where he was treated and then transferred to another medical facility in Kingston. more info to come
