Jamaica News: The opposition has increased the pressure on the government over the turmoil in the energy sector.

In his latest take on the developments, the PNP spokesperson on Energy Phillip

Paulwell called for wholesale changes in the Energy Ministry. “I believe that all the boards in that ministry should be asked to submit their resignations” he said.

The Jamaica music fraternity was plunged into mourning after the passing of “Carrot” formerly of world renowned group Third World.

The former Energy minister also welcomed Mr Trevor Forrest’s resignation from the chairmanship of Spectrum Management board.

He said Mr Forrest breached ethical boundaries and as such had to go.
