Robert Montague (right), cuts the ribbon to open a computer laboratory at Oracabessa Primary School in St. Mary on Friday (September 28). Others from left are school principal, Gregory Davis; Paul Issa from the Issa Trust Foundation; Chairman of the NCB Foundation, Thalia Lyn; and Chairman of the Oracabessa Foundation, Chris Blackwell. The facility, which has 18 work stations, was established by the Issa Trust Foundation in conjunction with the Oracabessa Foundation.
