Pedestrian Succumb to Accident Injuries at Hospital

Latest Jamaica News, St Andrew (McKoy’s News): Thirty-three-year-old Jermaine Stone of Denham Town in Kingston 14, died at hospital from injuries he sustained, after he was mowed down by a motorist along Mandella Highway, in St Andrew, on Sunday, November 10.

Reports by the Duhaney Park police are that about 11:45 a.m., Stone was walking along a section of Mandella Highway, when the driver of a Toyota Probox motorcar lost control of the vehicle, which knocked him to the ground.

Stone sustained severe injuries and was transported to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the ill-fated motor car has since been warned for prosecution.
