Pastor and Elders Arrested For Breaches of the Covid-19 Protocols, in St Ann

A Minister of Religion who administers at church in Windsor Heights, St Ann Bay, and two of her Church Elders, were arrested and charged by the police, on Charges of Breaches of the Disaster Risk Management Act.

The accused pastor has been identified as Reverend Christene McLean, of the Refuge Endtime Prophetic Ministries Church, in St Ann Bay.

Reports by the police are that, lawmen acted upon information received and went to the church where a large congregation of over 50 persons was seen, without wearing their masks.

The group was cautioned and informed to leave, but they refused, resulting in their leader, Pastor McLean, and the two elders being taken into custody, and subsequently charged.
