Thirty-three-year-old Damian Hall, a painter of Irons Mountain in St. Ann was charged following an incident in Claremont in the parish on Tuesday, May 10.
Reports from the Claremont Police are that about 8:20 a.m., the complainant was driving along the mentioned roadway when Hall allegedly blocked his path with his motorcycle, brandished a firearm and threatened to shoot him. An investigation was launched and Hall was later apprehended and pointed out on an identification parade.
Hall was charged on Tuesday, July 05 for Assault at Common Law and Illegal Possession of Firearm.
His court date is being finalized.
