In January this year, the Jamaica Constabulary force listed Wilmot among St James Five Most wanted men. He was wanted for the murder of Mark Williams in 2016.

The police are appealing to Cruz to turn himself over immediately. They are also reminding citizens that it is a crime to harbour fugitives, as well as, it can be very dangerous due to the fact that these criminals are extremely violent and heavily armed.

Residents are advised to call police 119 emergency number or the JDF TIP line at 876-837-8888 to report any information or knowledge that they may have about Cruz’ whereabouts.
