Former US President Barack Obama has shared his 2020 “Songs of the Year” playlist.
This year’s selections includes “Repeat” by JHus & Jamaican sensation Koffee, as well as music from Phoebe Bridgers, Bad Bunny, Waxahatchee, Megan Thee Stallion, Jeff Tweedy, Lil Baby, WizKid, Faye Webster, Gunna, Jessie Ware and more.
Koffee made the 2019 list with her breakout single Toast.
Like last year’s playlist, the 2020 edition includes both pop hits as well as the next generation of Nashville stars alongside grizzled songwriting veterans. In August, Obama shared a summer playlist featuring many of the same artists.
Obama reportedly consulted his daughter Sasha, regarding his selections.
