More Norwood Murders

Montego Bay, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – More Norwood Murders: Since the start of the year, several men have been shot and killed in the Norwood community in St James, and the police have been forced to step up patrols in the area. The latest victim was shot and killed in the community by gunmen last Tuesday morning.

He has been identified as Ricardo Green, otherwise called” Ricky”, 22 years old, unemployed, of Dallas, also in Norwood.

Reports from the Montego Hills police are that, shortly after 8:20 am, Green was standing along a section of the roadway in Dallas when a Blue Motorcar drove up with three men on board.

Two men alighted from the vehicle brandishing handguns, and fired several shots, hitting Green on his upper body. The gunmen then jumped back into the getaway vehicle,  which sped away.
