North-South Highway Crash Kills One

St. Catherine, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Highway Crash Kills One: A major accident along the North-South Highway claimed the life of 24-year-old Jubelanie Dennis of Poincianna Drive, Cedar Grove Estate in St Catherine early this morning.

Reports from the policed are that about 4:45, Dennis was driving a Volvo truck along the Highway when on reaching the exit in Mammee Bay, St Ann, the motor truck allegedly developed mechanical difficulties, hit an embankment and overturned.

The police and the fire department responded and removed Dennis from the truck.

He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The police continue their investigation.
