New Hearing Date Set for Woman who Stabbed Common-law Husband to Death

Jamaica Crime News, St James: A new committal hearing date has been set for 23-year-old Sue-tania Levy, the St James woman who was arrested and charged with the murder of her boyfriend  in Cornwall Courts, St James on August 26, 2018.
Levy who resides at Francis Isabella Road in Mount Salem and is represented by Attorney-at-law Tamika Spencer-Anderson,  had her bail extended and is booked to reappear in Court on March 5.
Reports are that on August 26, 2018, Levy traveled to the home of 27-year-old Joel Hanson, who was her present boyfriend and found him in the company of another female.
It is further reported that an argument developed between Levy and Hanson,  when a knife was brought into play and which was used by Levy to stab him to his upper body.
Hanson was transported to hospital where he was admitted in serious condition, but later succumb to his injuries.
