St James, Jamaica – Mt Carey Chef Murdered: One man was shot and killed and his head severed and taken away by the killers in the community of Mt Carey on Friday morning.
The victim has been identified as Theodore McPherson, Chef of Long Corner in Mt Carey, St James.
Reports by the Anchovy police are that shortly after 6:45 a.m. on Friday (December 22, 2017) residents in Mt Carey stumbled upon the body in a common at Long Corner and called them. On arrival of the police, the headless body of the victim was discovered riddled with bullets and in a pool of blood.
The scene was processed and the body taken to the hospital and later removed to the morgue. Up to news time, residents in the community joined with families and the police in a search for the victim’s head.
