Jamaica News, March 5, 2018 – Motorist Fatally Stabbed

St Ann, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Our news team learned that a motorist who was stabbed to death by another man while leaving a bar in the Ocho Rios Market on Saturday, March 3, later died at hospital.

The name of the deceased has not yet been released by the police.

The St Ann police have reported that shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, the deceased was drinking at a bar in the Ocho Rios Market when he decided to go home.

He was in the process of driving away from the area, when he reportedly used his car to knock down one of two men who was standing outside the bar.

The other man brandished a knife which he reportedly used to stab the driver in the regions of his upper body.

He was transported to the St Ann’s Bay Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Our news team also learned that this was the second such stabbing incident to take place at the market over the past three days.
