Motorcyclist Killed in Road Accident in St Elizabeth

Jamaica News, St Elizabeth: A St Elizabeth farmer lost his life in a motorcycle accident which occurred along a section of the Central main road in St Elizabeth on Wednesday, August 15.

The deceased has been identified as Peter Miller, 44-year-old farmer of Vineyard district,  also in St Elizabeth.

Reports by the Black River police are that about 3:00 p.m., Miller was riding his red and white motorcycle along the Central main road in the directions of Black River.

On reaching a section of the roadway, he attempted to overtake a line of vehicles and collided with a red Toyota Corolla motor car,  which was traveling in the opposite direction.

Miller sustained head and body injuries and was rushed to the Black River Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
