Western Jamaica News: The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising that, a motor vehicle accident has caused extensive damage to its Nonpareil facility in Westmoreland, leaving customers served by that facility without water.
A car which ran unto the property, tore down a section of the perimeter fencing, dislocated pipelines and damaged the storage tank. The NWC is working assiduously to carry out the repairs and restore the water supply by Friday, June 1, 2018.
Areas affected include: Orange Hill, Mt Airy, Good Hope, Duck Pond, sections of White Hall and surrounding areas.
The NWC apologises for any inconvenience caused and craves the patience and understanding of its valued customers.
