Montego Bay Teacher Robbed of Motor Car and Cash

Montego Bay, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Montego Bay Teacher Robbed: The Freeport police in Montego Bay, are at present combing sections of the parish in search of four armed men, who reportedly robbed a teacher of cash amounting to US$1,200 and her motor car on King Street in Montego Bay, on Wednesday night.
It is reported that immediately following the gun murder of one of the parish’s most popular community dons at the Catherine Hall and Howard Cooke intersection on Wednesday night, several armed men started to terrorize motorists travelling on King Street.
About 8:15 pm, the victim, a 47- year old female teacher of Cornwall Courts, was travelling in her Grey Nissan Note motor car , registered 3818GM, along King Street.
On reaching the vicinity of a Cooking Gas Dealership, she came upon a blockade Four men armed with rifles held her at gunpoint, and proceeded to rob her of her motor car and the cash.
The gunmen then escaped in her vehicle. She was assisted to the Freeport station where she made a report.
